Application
Warming machine is one of the important equipments during screen printing. It is used to dry the plate after washing it or coating the photo's sensitive emulsion.
Main Feature
- Intelligent temperature controller. The temperature can be adjusted according to the heat resistance of plate. The highest temperature of this machine is 70℃(158℉).Electro heat heating up is fast, automatic constant temperature.
- The machine is coated wholly with drawer type without corrosion and damnification. It is flexible and perfect tightness. The plate can be moved flatly. All kinds of plates can be placed with printed side up to guarantee the film flat.
- The heating plates adopt the newest blade and unit type, with double-heat, low power and high heat efficiency. At the same time, it guarantees the temperature of machine even to make the temperature of each floor even and correct.

1. According to the withstand temperature of silk screen. The highest temperature of this machine is 70℃(158℉). While adjusting the temperature, if the temperature is over 158℉or70℃, the meter can only indicate158℉or70℃.
5.Reference date: When the temperature is 65℃(149℉), the time of drying single floor of photosensitive emulsion of our company is 2mins. And drying plate without photosensitive emulsion needs 1min. Please refer to it while using.
2. Under normal conditions, set a temperature of 65C (149F) is appropriate.
3.The real temperature may have 30-35℉(2-3℃) difference in temperature because of opening or closing the drawer or indoor temperature during the course of actual operation, which is normal and not influence using.
4. This machine with this meter will indicate the last set when it is used again. -
